Every number on these pages comes from closed NorthstarMLS sales of homes with frontage on the lake, matched through the MLS body-of-water records. Lake-view and lake-access homes are left out. Lakeshore volume is thin, so each lake is measured over 24 months instead of the six months used elsewhere on this site.
Full pages cover the lakes above. The rest of the trade area is tracked here for reference. Counts and medians below cover the last 24 months. A lake with fewer than 4 frontage sales in that time is left out: I don’t show a median on fewer than 4. The smallest rows here still move a lot with a single closing.
