Privacy policy
priorlake.realestate is a website of RE/MAX Advantage Plus, run by Mark Gores, a licensed real estate agent with the firm. This page explains what the site collects when you visit and how it’s used. Effective October 2, 2026.
What the site collects
Visits. The site uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies and records the pages you view, how you got here, your device and browser type, and your approximate location (city level). It tells Mark which pages people use. It doesn’t tell him who you are.
What you send. When you fill in a form (a question, a request for a home’s sold price, a home value request, the lakeshore list), the site collects what you enter: your name, email, phone if you give it, any address or message, and which homes or page you asked about.
The license agreement. When you click I AGREE to the NorthstarMLS license, your browser remembers that for the visit. It isn’t sent anywhere and it clears when you close the browser.
Server logs. The hosting company keeps standard request logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.
How it’s used
Form requests go by email to Mark Gores and are copied into his customer records so he can answer you and follow up about real estate. A sold-price request is kept so the site can send you the one email you asked for when the home sells. Mark may contact you about the request you made. You can ask him to stop at any time.
Nothing you send is sold. It’s shared only with the services that run the site and deliver its email: website hosting, the site’s database, the email delivery service, Google Analytics, and Mark’s customer-records system. Each uses it only to provide that service.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser, or use Google’s opt-out tool for Google Analytics. To see, correct or delete what you’ve sent through the site, or to stop hearing from Mark, email [email protected] or call 612-201-5447.
Listing data
Listings on this site come from NorthstarMLS through MLS GRID under a license that limits how they may be used. You may use them only to find and compare homes you might buy. Copying the data, scraping it, or collecting it with AI tools is not allowed.
